Players are formed in an FC NOVA age groups to play locally. Within those age groups, players are assessed for additional levels/opportunities of play. These levels of play include, but are not limited to local D3 competitive league, Northwest Champions League (NWCL), Western College Development Association (WCDA), Elite Club National League (ECNL) and other local, regional and national events.
Players in the FC NOVA level of play participate in the area/state IYSA leagues, along with other inter-league (vElite) opportunities as assessed. FC NOVA age groups have a slate of age/level appropriate in-state and out of state tournaments/showcases for opportunities matching all levels of play within the age group. There are ongoing assessments/evaluations for U13-U19 FC NOVA placement annually in each age group with the focus on "earning" additional opportunities being facilitated at U13 and above within this program level.
At the completion of the FC NOVA age group programming levels, the players will have developed the skills and insight necessary to have opportunities at the next cycle's age group Invites/Events, Olympic Development Program, US Club id2, Puma Elite Showcase, High School, Collegiate and Professional levels of play.
